Return and Refund Policy

Delivery Fee: A non-refundable delivery fee of $25 applies to all orders.

Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled within 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

IMPORTANT: We cannot issue refunds for unused linens. 

Fees: If there are any stains or lost linens, there will be a $30 fee.
